Having both a teaching and engineering background, Vikas brings a systematic and empathetic approach to overcoming commercial challenges. He provides expertise and hands-on solutions for all aspects of commercial strategy including but not limited to sales operations, sales KPIs, sales methods, customer experience, go-to-market strategy, and product market fit. In his 20+ years of experience, he has built businesses with double-digit CAGR in firms of various sizes from start-ups to S&P 500 companies. Vikas brings breadth and depth to clients through his experiences partnering with cross-functional groups including Marketing, Pre-sales, Partnerships, Services, Product, Client Experience & Success, Account Management, Research, FP&A, and Technology. Through his work over the years with numerous investment technology solutions – including data, SaaS, blockchain, and AI/ML – he has a deep appreciation for the challenges and benefits of technology in delivering solutions to customers.
Previously, Vikas was an Executive Director with MSCI selling innovative solutions to various institutional investor clients and leading high performance commercial teams. His previous roles include Director of Revenue for Crypto at Cross River, Sales Director at Alkymi, and Forex Sales at FXCM. Prior to focusing on Go To Market and Sales efforts, Vikas was an engineer with GE and history in academia teaching chemistry and physics.
Vikas holds a BA in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Biology from Rutgers University and is a CFA charter holder.
