Over the past 20+ years, Bethany has served as an executive leader and consultant for corporations and organizations in the U.S. and overseas. She is a trusted guide for C-suites and boards on strategic initiatives that include developing long-term plans to improve operational efficiency, drive growth, and support overall business strategy.

Bethany has served as both an advisor and an implementer, creating actionable plans for operational execution that incorporate data analysis and metrics. Additional areas of expertise include board governance, talent acquisition, economic development, leadership development, and policy analysis. She has extensive experience serving in a variety of fractional executive positions, served for several years as the Director of Judicial Affairs at Iowa State University, and worked abroad as a Senior Advisor for a large multinational conglomerate in SE Asia focused on commercial development in business, healthcare, and education.

In addition to holding executive roles, Bethany has served for several years as an executive coach for high potential leaders to unlock their capabilities, enhance their performance, improve strategic thinking and decision-making, and achieve their goals. She holds a Ph.D. from Iowa State University, an M.S. from Minnesota State University, and a B.A. from Dordt University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Leadership Institute.
