Bethany serves as a Partner and Team Lead for Sustainability efforts at Anduril Partners. Her experiences have included a variety of global executive administrative leadership positions in addition to consulting for corporations and organizations over the past 20+ years both domestically and overseas. Within her various roles, she has provided expertise and guidance for C-suites on topics related to identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), developing data driven assessment processes, board governance, talent acquisition, economic development, strategic planning, leadership development, and policy analysis.

Previously, she served for several years as the Director of Judicial Affairs at Iowa State University and worked abroad for a large multinational conglomerate in SE Asia focused on commercial development in business, healthcare and education.

Academic profile includes a PhD from Iowa State University, a MS from Minnesota State University, and a BA from Dordt University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Leadership Institute.
